What is my CinemaHall?

my CinemaHall is a virtual cinema hall. Like a cinema hall, you can go to my CinemaHall, buy a ticket and watch a movie. The only difference is that my CinemaHall is a digital platform where you can watch the movie through any device of your choice and at a time & place of your convenience.

How is my CinemaHall different from any other OTT platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hoichoi, MX Player, Airtel Xtreme, Vodafone play?

There is no monthly or annual subscription for my CinemaHall. You only buy tickets for what you want to watch.

How do I get my CinemaHall on my mobile?

Go to Google PlayStore or Apple AppStore, search for my CinemaHall and install it free. Alternatively click on the links provided below. While buying a ticket, register using your phone number or email id and verify through OTP.

How much do I have to pay to download/install and register?

All these are absolutely free.

What if I buy a ticket and am not able to watch it?

The chance that such an event will occur is low. However, in case you encounter such an issue please send a mail to [email protected] with your ticket number or phone no/email id used to purchase the ticket. We will surely rectify the issue and ensure that you are able to watch the film.

Can I pause while watching the cinema?

Yes. You can pause as many times you want. You can play the movie as many times you want within 48 hours from the time you buy the ticket.

Is there a specific time I need to watch the movie?

No. You can watch it any time within 48 hours of buying the ticket.

What is the price of a ticket?

my CinemaHall plays feature films, short films, plays, web series, documentaries & music videos. Each movie has different prices. It can be as low as Rs 25 or Rs. 100 or even more. The ticket prices for each of films is displayed prominently.

How do I buy a ticket?

Click on “Buy ticket”. It will give you various options like Credit/Debit Card, Bank transfer, UPI, Wallets etc. You can pay for the ticket with the mode of your choice.

10.

Can I buy tickets from outside India?

Yes. You can buy it from outside of India but the payment will be in USD.
